30-day money-back guarantee
Transcrivio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase — a single-video purchase or a monthly subscription payment — you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or message us via our contact form and we will arrange it for you. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. A payment taken within the last 30 days can be refunded under the guarantee above.
